Our Bar à Vin & Cucina combines the charm of an eighteenth-century location with a modern and reserved format, perfect for special events and exclusive meetings. The Academy is located a few minutes from the port of Sorrento and the main square, where a unique environment awaits you where the passion for food becomes discovery, culture and sharing.

L’Accademia changes together with its guests. This format is dedicated to those looking for an intimate and refined moment, with a tasting menu tailor-made by the Chef based on the tastes of the guests and the seasonality of the raw materials. Every detail, from the selection of wines to the atmosphere of the room, is designed to offer a unique, authentic and totally personalized event for groups of up to 10 people.
Wine Tasting
A sensorial journey among five excellent labels selected to tell the soul and production philosophy of the local vines. The experience is guided by our Head Sommelier Vincenzo, who transforms the tasting into an engaging story of technique and passion. To accompany the glasses, small gourmet tastings created by the Resident Chef, designed to enhance the wines through local, seasonal and elegant cuisine.
