In our refined location in Via dell’Accademia 6, in the heart of Sorrento, only 10 guests will have the privilege of sitting at a single convivial table to discover the soul of the Crus and the evolution over time of this great wine, in a perfect dialogue between haute cuisine and authorial narration

The Chef has carefully designed a 4-course tasting menu, designed to exalt and surprise the palate through refined combinations. Each culinary creation will be accompanied by a double vintage of Rocche Viberti Barolo, allowing guests to explore the depth, structure and natural evolution of this legendary grape variety. It will not be a simple dinner, but a sensorial journey that focuses on the territory and the passion for quality.

During the evening, between one sip and another, an exclusive surprise is planned: a tasting served strictly blind.
